Jakarta Provincial Government along with Jakarta Muslim Charitable Donations Board (BAZIS) is about to open a community care event on June 7, 2017. The event intends to inject donation through ZIS fund to mustahiq (the recipient) from five cities and Seribu Islands Regency.

It will be given symbolically to 2,200 people

Jakarta Assistant to People's Welfare, Fatahillah said ZIS fund itself is collected from officials under Jakarta government, BUMD and local people. 

"It will be given symbolically to 2,200 people. The number is almost the same with the last year," he expressed, Monday (5/8).

He continues it will be given to dhuafa (poor people), orphans and Quran teachers. Those would receive cash money and other aids through dhuafa house repair program, as well as education aid, instead of Jakarta Smart Card (KJP).

"Later on there will be a reward to BUMD and muzakki (alms giver) that have participated in ZIS fund program through Jakarta BAZIS.
